Your orders are sent to delivery within 1 work day (Monday- Friday) after approval. Your order will be delivered to you within 1-3 days in case of not having any contrary situation related with the shipping company, shipping according to the distance between delivery address to the Company.

For foreign country deliveries, our shipping company varies according to the countries. Shipping fee is 10 $ for foreign country deliveries. We recommend entering all the address correctly and filling postal code completely for foreign deliveries.

Delivery is not done on holidays and feasts.

You will be informed about the products that you bought by a confirmation e-mail. An e-mail will be sent to you regarding the issue in case of not having one of the product that you choose in storage and you will be informed about the first date when the product enters the storage.

If the order name and payment name is not same in your money transfer/eft payments then approval period can be delayed, you should add order number to explanation part when you pay for eliminating those situation.

Yamuna Korse is an online shopping site. It provides shopping for more then one users at the same time. Rarely it is possible for consumer to bought the same item and the product is not available in storage, in this case ;

If the product that you pay for is not available in our storage, there is a waiting period at least 4 (Four) maximum 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered to the consumer, then the payment will be returned to himself/herself.

Return and exchange is not possible for foreign country shippings.
