PLEASE CHOOSE ONE SIZE BIGGER THAN YOUR ORIGINAL SIZE AND IF YOU’RE IN BETWEEN 2 SIZES CHOOSE THE BIGGER ONE
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns.
For the return of your items, you have to send an e-mail to customer.services@yamunakorse.com within 14 days from the date of delivery and request a return by logging into your account and clicking on the “MY ORDERS” tab in the “MY ACCOUNT” section.
After we received your request, our customer service will inform you within 1-2 business days via customer.services@yamunakorse.com and Whatsapp support line and send you a special Royal Mail shipping code for the return.
You have to fill in the form on the invoice and put the product to be returned in a single package with this code.
Drop off your package at any Royal Mail branch with the special shipping code for the return.
After we received your package, your return request will be processed & completed within 10 business days and we will inform you, whether your return request has been confirmed.
We can only accept return on items that have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return.
Items must be in new, unused, unworn, not soiled, not damaged and original condition with all tags attached. (Product should be in the original package).
We are unable to refund, if your package is lost, missing, or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been confirmed or declined.
When we confirm your return, the refund will be made to the original payment method that you used to purchase within a certain amount of days.
Yamuna Korse will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay return charges. Return charges are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used.
Unfortunately, the following products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons because they are classified as underwear:

You must try on the following products without removing the hygienic protection sticker. If you try on without the hygienic protection sticker, we can not accept returns for hygienic reasons, unfortunately:

If you want to return a single product in multiple promotional purchases, the discount rate will be deducted from the refund, since promotion terms & conditions are broken.
